- $250 up front, refundable, plus $25 per month. No breed or weight limits.

What is included in the rent?
The home, its private fenced yard, its driveway, and the washer and dryer inside it.
Utilities are held in the landlord’s name and billed to you monthly on top of rent. Renters insurance and any pet fees are separate.
How long is the lease?
Unfurnished homes lease for twelve months by default. Shorter and longer terms are available by request, so ask when you tour.
Furnished homes lease month to month.
What do I need to qualify?
Income of three times the rent and a credit score of 600 or above.
The application fee is $95, and the security deposit is half of one month’s rent, due after approval.
