Yes. Every photograph on this page was taken inside or outside a real home at 20 Tate Lane after renovation. Nothing here is a rendering, a stock photo or a different property.
Homes 122 and 117 are shown unfurnished. Home 114 is shown furnished, and in the furnished homes the furniture stays with the lease.
Do all the homes look like this?
The homes share one specification: quartz counters, a stone kitchen island, stainless appliances, wood-look flooring with no carpet, a tiled shower with a glass surround, and vaulted ceilings upstairs.
Finishes and the exact view differ home to home, so ask which one you are touring.
Is the yard in the photos the yard I would get?
Every home has its own private back yard fenced in six-foot cedar with sod. Yard shape and size vary by where the home sits on the property.
Ask to see the specific yard for the home you are considering when you tour.
Why are some rooms empty?
Most homes at 20 Tate Lane rent unfurnished, so those photographs show the home as you would receive it, with nothing in it.
Two homes rent furnished, and those are photographed with the furniture that conveys.
Can I see a home in person?
Yes, and it is free. There is no application to fill in before a tour.
