Who we are

20 Tate Lane Property LLC owns the homes at 20 Tate Ln, Round Rock, TX 78665 and operates this website. Day to day leasing and management is handled on our behalf by Gordon & Bilyeu Property Management.

What we collect

Only two things. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

What you type into the tour form

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• When you are looking to move, if you tell us
• Anything you write in the message box

What your browser sends

When you submit the form we also record your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and the time you sent it. That is stored with your enquiry and is used to investigate abuse of the form. We do not build a profile from it.

Why we collect it

To answer you, arrange a tour, and lease you a home. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Phone calls and text messages

Read this part before you give us a phone number.

When you give us a phone number on the tour form, you are agreeing that Gordon & Bilyeu Property Management, acting for us, may contact you about your enquiry by phone call, by text message and by email. That is how tours get scheduled.

Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can ask us to stop calling by saying so on a call or by emailing leasing@20tatelane.com. Asking us to stop contacting you does not affect your ability to apply for a home.

Who else sees it

These are the only parties involved, and each one is named because vague lists of "trusted partners" tell you nothing.

• Gordon & Bilyeu Property Management, our management company. They receive your enquiry and are the people who contact you.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, provides the anti-bot check on the form, and stores your submission.
• Resend delivers the email that tells us you enquired and the confirmation that goes back to you.
• Google serves the map on our contact section and the fonts this site uses. Because those load directly from Google's servers, Google can see your IP address when a page loads, whether or not you interact with the map.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our residents or our property.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run advertising trackers.

Three third parties may set cookies or use similar storage when a page loads: the Cloudflare check on the form, which exists to tell people from bots, the embedded Google map, and Google Analytics.

About the analytics. We added Google Analytics in September 2026, and we said here that we would tell you before it went live rather than after. This is that notice. It counts how many people find the site, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and whether they came from a search, a link or an advert. It is how we learn that nobody can find the floor plans, or that half the people who open the site leave from the same page.

What it does not do: it does not tell us who you are. We have not turned on Google's advertising features, we do not upload anything about you to Google, and we do not build a profile of you or sell anything to anyone. The tour form is the only place you tell us your name, and what happens to that is described above. Analytics and the form are not connected to each other.

If you would rather not be counted, any browser's private mode works, as does Google's own opt-out add-on or any of the common content blockers. None of them will stop you using the site, and nothing on this site is gated behind being measured.

How long we keep it

We keep a tour enquiry for as long as it is useful for leasing, and no longer than two years, unless you become a resident. If you lease a home, your records are then governed by your lease and by Texas landlord and tenant law rather than by this policy.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner. Email leasing@20tatelane.com.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email leasing@20tatelane.com and we will respond within 45 days.

To be straight with you about the legal position: the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act exempts small businesses as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and we are one, so most of that law's formal obligations do not bind us. We are telling you this rather than implying an obligation we do not have. We honour these requests anyway, because it costs us nothing and it is how we would want to be treated.

Children

This site is meant for people looking to rent a home. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email leasing@20tatelane.com and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated abuse, and enquiries are stored with our hosting provider rather than emailed around in the clear. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Fair housing

We are an equal housing opportunity provider. We do not make housing decisions based on race, colour, religion, sex, familial status, national origin or disability, or on any other basis protected by federal, Texas or local law.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, such as adding analytics or a new recipient of your information, we will say so plainly here rather than quietly editing a sentence.
