This website is operated by 20 Tate Lane Property LLC. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site does not create a lease
This is the most important thing on this page.
Requesting a tour, sending us a message or receiving a reply from us does not create a lease, does not reserve a home, does not hold a price, and does not approve you for anything. Nothing on this website is an offer to lease.
You become a resident only when you have applied, been approved, and you and we have both signed a written lease. Until all three of those have happened, nothing is agreed.
Availability, pricing and the homes
Which homes are available and what they rent for changes constantly. Any figure you see here or are told over the phone is current at that moment and is subject to change without notice.
We describe the homes as accurately as we can. Square footage, dimensions, finishes, appliances and shared amenities are approximate and may vary between homes, and the property is still being improved. Photographs and floor plans are representative rather than a guarantee of a specific home.
Before you sign anything, see the actual home you would be renting. What is in your lease governs, not what is on this website.
What you send us
When you submit the form you confirm that the information is accurate, that the email address and phone number are yours to give, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Please do not send us sensitive information through this website. That includes social security numbers, financial account details and identification documents. There is a proper application process for those, and it is not a website form.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law or to interfere with it working for other people. Specifically, please do not:
- Submit the form using someone else's details
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the content
- Attempt to bypass the security check on the form
- Probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- Send automated traffic that degrades the site for others
Fair housing
We are an equal housing opportunity provider and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act. If you need a reasonable accommodation or modification because of a disability, at any point including while you are simply enquiring, contact Gordon & Bilyeu Property Management and ask. We will not require you to explain your disability to make the request.

This site embeds a Google map and links to other websites, including our management company's leasing pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Availability information shown here is drawn from our management company's system and may lag what is actually on the market.
Our content
The text, photographs, floor plans, video and design on this site belong to 20 Tate Lane Property LLC or are used with permission. You may look at them, print a page for your own use, and share a link. You may not republish, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be free of errors, or always be up to date. We correct mistakes when we find them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, 20 Tate Lane Property LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have under your lease or under Texas landlord and tenant law, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. The property sits in Williamson County, and any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
